FRESHSTART
Free Tobacco Cessation Program
Within 20 minutes of smoking that last cigarette, the body begins a series of changes that continues for years.
Freshstart is the American Cancer Society’s tobacco cessation program.
The program is a series of four classes:
Wednesdays in January 2010: January 6, 13, 20, 27 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. each week
1635 N. Loop West
South Tower, Classroom A
All classes are required to complete the program.
Facilitators:

Angela Sisk, RN, MSN, OCN
