According to a Chronicle story by Dale Lezon, a man has been arrested after he allegedly ran down a pedestrian on the 610 Loop service road in north Houston last week.
Bartley James Kerr, 50, is charged with causing an accident involving injury or death in the death of a 54-year-old man who was hit when he was trying to cross the eastbound service road near Ella about 11 p.m. Friday, police said.
