    FBI says "fashionable female" robbed bank

    According to a Dale Lezon article on the Chronicle, authorities are asking the public to help find a woman, dubbed the "Fashionable Female," suspected of robbing a bank along U.S. 290 in northwest Houston on Thursday afternoon.

    The robbery occurred at the Wachovia Bank in the 12100 block of the Northwest Freeway about 4:30 p.m., officials said.

    She is described as black and about 29 years old. She is about 5 feet 6 inches tall, slender and weighed about 130 pounds. She wore a black sweater, black spandex pants and large gold-rimmed glasses. She had dark brown or black wavy hair and may have been wearing a hair weave.
