Man shot outside northeast bar overnight

One man shot another outside a northeast Houston bar overnight, police said.

Houston police say they know who the gunman was outside the Mister A bar, near the intersection of Cavalcade and Russell.

The identities of the suspect and victim, who is recovering at a local hospital, were not immediately released.
